Who may use Sponsorly
Sponsorly is an tool for the Apex Talent Group team and the students it invites. Access is by invitation only. Using the site means you are a team member or an authorised reviewer and agree to these terms.
YouTube
Sponsorly uses YouTube API Services. Users of Sponsorly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube data shown in Sponsorly belongs to YouTube and the respective channel owners. Video titles and thumbnails link to the original video on YouTube.
Acceptable use
Data in Sponsorly may be used only to research sponsorship activity and to prepare outreach on behalf of the creators Apex Talent Group represents. It may not be sold, published, scraped, or redistributed, and may not be used to contact or profile private individuals.
Accuracy
Sponsorship detection is automated and may be wrong. Figures such as median views and sponsored share are calculated by Sponsorly and are not YouTube metrics. Verify before relying on them.
